Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow extra time during high-volume periods and sales, as orders may take slightly longer to process.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will do our best to help locate your package.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship to the following destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, we may not currently ship there.
